I'm Listening

Assalamualaikum and hi,

The hardest part in a conversation is to listen. I admit that, I'm an ego idiot. So, to listen is kinda hard. But as I grew up, I noticed that if I kept doing it I'll never be successful. 

You are wrong. I'll never believe you. Nope, cannot hear you.

Now tell me your opinion about the paragraph above. It sounds so familiar. That's because it sounds like most of us.

That's the point is. If you keep trying to argue, and don't give a damn to listen, problems cannot be solved. In fact problems are created. 

Buy if you slowly listen to them. What are they trying to say. Their opinion. Their problems. Solutions will start to appear. It's not hard. What makes it hard is that thing. Ego.

Don't be afraid to say you are wrong. It makes them happy to know that you understand them even though you look like a complete loser. But its okay. At least you didn't win by being a loser. That's two different things.

So, if you ever stuck in an argument and the problems cannot be solved. Just stop and listen. You'll discover more.

Congrats, at least you make an effort to read this. That's the first step to listen, or read, whatever.
